One-off Repair There is a one-off labour charge which covers the engineers time. This covers any return visits (if required). Any spare parts required are charged on top.
Platinum Service Plan For a small monthly fee via direct debit, we'll repair the existing fault with your appliance and then protect it against unlimited number of repairs in the future. The Platinum service plan includes all parts and labour and runs for a minimum 12 months.
Sun, rain or snow doesn't affect us. Our engineers work all year round in all weather conditions.
We try to reduce the number of visits we have to make to you, by carrying commonly-used spare parts in our vans.
