Two simple payment methods to make the whole repair process even easier:
One-off Repair One-off labour charge which covers the engineers time and any return visits (if required). If parts are required, then they are charged separately.
Platinum Service Plan Small monthly fee via direct debit. In return, we'll repair your existing faulty appliance and protect it against any future breakdowns. The Platinum service plan includes all parts and labour and runs for a minimum 12 months.
Our engineer vans are always brimming to the top with commonly-used spare parts. We do this to try and increase every possibility of repairing your appliance on our first visit.
Mehdi is an artist. An appliance artist. He has a real keen eye for attention to detail and does not easy give up. There isn't much Mehdi cannot repair.
