Very polite and professional engineer and turned up early! Showed me what the issue was and explained why it had happened, he then fixed it, tidied up, put the machine back and was on his way. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Daniel.

Courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival is very helpful. The engineer who mended my tumble dryer was very polite, efficient and thoughtful. After the repair, he was very careful to ensure the cabinet door closed precisely - in fact he left it better than he found it !
