When it comes to pricing, we keep things very simple and transparent. We have a one-off labour charge that covers all of our time, and any necessary spare parts are charged separately. Giving total peace of mind to our customers.

When you book a repair with Glotech Repairs, you're not just getting one engineer attend to fix your machine; you are getting a whole team of people working tirelessly behind the scenes.
First, our call centre staff ensure that they capture all of the important information and book in an appointment which is convenient for you.
Then, our in-house engineers triage the fault(s) with your appliance to see if there are any spare parts which we may need to bring with us (which we have).
It then gets passed to our warehouses to ensure that any necessary parts are picked and packed and sent to our engineer.
Finally, our friendly engineer attends to your faulty appliance.
Each and every one of our repairs comes with our six months guarantee as standard.
This means that should your appliance develop the same fault, or any parts which we have fitted become faulty, within six months we will reattend at no extra cost. Now that's called going the extra mile!
